Satisfaction Guaranteed

If you are unsatisfied with any item purchase for any reason, send it back to us with your original invoice within 30 days and we will refund your purchase price on that item (excluding shipping charges).

One Year Warranty on Equipment

We will gladly replace or repair any equipment that is defective, within one year of purchase.


Product Support

Call us at 1-845-835-8256 during our regular business hours and we will happily answer any brewing- or winemaking-related questions. If you prefer to get support via e-mail, send your questions to info@barleyhopsandgrapes.com. E-mails are normally answered within one business day.


Yeast

We strongly recommend that you evaluate the viability of all liquid yeast by making a yeast starter. Do not brew with inactive yeast — we can replace the yeast, but not a batch that fails to ferment properly.


Other Ingredients and Perishable Items

We guarantee all ingredients for 3 months from date of purchase. If you suspect a problem with any ingredients, contact us immediately – do not brew. Proper use and procedure is the responsibility of the customer.


Payment Methods

Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express; and Pay Pal. Sorry, no CODs. Company purchase orders must be prepaid.


Returns

What items can be returned?

Any product may be returned within 30 days for an exchange or refund (less shipping charges).

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we have made an error in shipment or an item arrives damaged or defective. In the event of a shipment error or a damaged/defective item, Barley Hops and Grapes will be responsible for the cost of ground shipping only, and only for returns made within 30 days of the purchase date.
